Joe Mason

Managing Director

Joe Mason has been involved in the composites industry since 2001. After spending time in Europe contracting, he returned to the UK to learn about pre-preg materials, aiming to work in motorsport and manage/own a manufacturing facility—a long-time goal.

With his extensive experience, Joe was part of a select few who led a team to build up a composite facility in the south of the UK, which has since become one of the largest companies in the region. He further refined his commercial skills, working as a project manager and later as a pattern shop manager at another world-leading composite company in the south of the UK. These experiences equipped him with the necessary tools to start Element 6.

Billy Jennings

Production Director / Co-Owner

With a deep-rooted passion for business, I first ventured into the renewable energy sector. However, my true enthusiasm lay in manufacturing, driving my decision to transition industries with the ultimate goal of founding a manufacturing company. I began this journey in the motorsport industry, gaining invaluable experience at one of Europe’s leading composite companies in Fontwell, West Sussex.

In the midst of the global pandemic, my business partner and I took a bold step to establish our own manufacturing company. Now, four years on, our dedication and hard work have fuelled continuous growth. As we look to the future, we’re excited to build on this momentum, with an unwavering commitment to quality and innovation guiding us forward.
